Medium Hanging Lizard Garden Planter
I mix five colors of clay to give the planter a wood grain look. The pot has a drainage hole in the bottom and you may
plant directly in the pot. I build the planter using mixed clay slabs and next roll clay coils and shape them into the lizard.
The main body of the planter is unglazed so the plant roots will get proper air and drainage. The frog is attached
to the pot before the first firing and is glazed for the second firing. I have strung the pot with a 300lb. nylon marine
twine that is coated with tar to hang your planter. It is used to make salt water fishing nets, so it is very durable.
Your planter will never be damaged by the sun or water. All the colors of the planter and the lizard will remain the
same over time. Damage to the pot will occur in freezing temperatures and I recommend the planter be brought inside
in the winter. The planter may be cleaned with any household cleaners. It measures 6.5" tall and 8" wide.
