Shipping & Policies

Each piece of Pottery shown on this site is a one of a kind piece. Although the shopping cart will allow you to enter multiple quantities, be aware that I only have the one piece available that is shown in the picture.

If you would like multiples of the piece of pottery shown in the picture, there will be a production time of 2 weeks. The additional pieces may have slight differences than the one shown in the picture because I hand make each piece one at a time.

Payment

This site has PayPal ordering. You may also call 352-402-0636 or email me at jennifer@leapinglizardspottery.com . If you prefer email, include your name, address, phone number, and the item number of the piece(s) that you would like to order. I will call you to confirm the order and get your credit card information. For security, do not email your credit card number.

Credit Card: VISA and Mastercard accepted over the phone. PayPal accepts several credit cards and PayPal account funds at their secure site. If you order by phone, a copy of the charge slip will be included in the box. Checks are also accepted. I will ship the piece you have selected when the check clears the bank. I will call or email you to let you know it's on it's way.

Shipping

All Purchases will be packed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Actual shipping time depends on your location. I ship using USPS and FedEx depending on size and weight. If the shipping amounts are the same at both carriers I will automatically choose the quickest delivery time. If you need faster shipping please email or call me and I will let you know the additional shipping charge.

If your pottery is shipped USPS then I will provide you with Delivery conformation so you can see when your package was shipped and when it was delivered.

If your pottery is shipped FedEx then I will email you the tracking number.

For Damaged Shipment

In the rare case your pottery arrives damaged-please call me at 352-402-0636 or email the information for instructions. I will do everything possible to make it right including refund, replacement or exchange.

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
